This Privacy Notice explains how we will collect and process any data that you give us and sets out your rights under the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).

What we need and why we need it?
We are what’s known as the ‘controller’ of the data that you provide to us in order for us to provide you with on-going services you have asked us to help you with and for the operation of our business relationship with you.

What we do with your data?
We will only ask you for data and personal information that we need to enable us to comply with our service and deliver all work to you. We will not collect any personal data from you we do not need in order to provide and oversee this service to you. This data will only be provided with consent from you. You can withdraw your consent to at any time.

What we would also like to do with your data?
By Opting – In to our mailing list you are giving us consent to use your name and email address to inform you of our tips, insights, hacks, techniques products, services and updates.  This information is not shared with third purposes and you can withdraw your consent by unsubscribing at any time via email.

How long we keep your data?
We are required under UK tax law to keep your basic personal data (name, address, contact details) for a minimum of 6 years after which time it will be destroyed. Your information we use for marketing purposes will be kept with us until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive this information.

What are your rights?
If at any point you believe the information we process on you is incorrect or you can request to see this information and have it corrected or deleted.

You can ask for copies of your data electronically or as a printout. We will not charge for this charge unless it's excessive or repetitious.
